Elder Law of East Tennessee Announces Formation of New PLLC
Bailey Morgan Schiermeyer, JD and Julia Keck Price, JD joined Certified Elder Law Attorney Amelia Crotwell as members of Elder Law of East Tennessee, PLLC, a new company formed as of January 1, 2018. We are excited to announce this new stage in the growth of our firm and in the professional lives of our attorneys. As members of the new PLLC, Attorneys Schiermeyer and Price have taken on new responsibilities in the management of the firm.Schiermeyer, a graduate of Regent University School of Law, joined Elder Law of East Tennessee as an associate in 2014. Schiermeyer is an active member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and Life Care Planning Law Firms Association. She currently serves as Vice President of the Tennessee Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.Price, a graduate of Tulane University Law School, joined Elder Law of East Tennessee as an associate in 2015. Price is a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations, the East Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association. She currently serves on the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association Board of Directors and is the head of the Education Committee.Elder Law of East Tennessee was founded in 2010 by Certified Elder Law Attorney Amelia Crotwell and is now one of the leading Life Care Planning Law Firms in the country. Under Crotwell’s leadership, our firm has grown from a staff of just two employees in 2010 to a dynamic team of fourteen including: three elder law attorneys, one registered nurse, one licensed clinical social worker, one aging life care professional, and eight other talented professionals.
