What is the problem you are best at solving for your clients?

As our website manager, I help to simplify our clients’ and potential clients’ pathways to the online information and documents they need, and through our newsletter, blog, and social media I keep our clients and professional contacts informed about legal and care issues of interest.

What excites you about your work and the contribution you make to the ELET team?

I am a problem-solver, fixer, and organizer.  I love helping to develop systems that streamline our team’s workflow and help us to deliver quality services to our clients as quickly as possible.

What do you love most about ELET?

Everyone working at ELET is genuinely dedicated to helping people and getting the best possible results for our clients.  Working at ELET gives me the opportunity to be part of a team providing services which dramatically improve people’s day-to-day lives.

Where can we find you when you’re not working?

I spend most of my free time crafting and walking around the Market Square area with my husband.

Fun fact:

I painted some of the art works on display in the ELET office.
